“If you were to put an Eternal Belt Buckle on the Braid of Salt and Fire and Socket the belt with a Quick King’s Amber Gem (+20 Haste Rating) It would have the same haste as Arctic Life with 2 Quick King’s Amber Gems.

Excellent List. Also a couple additions:

Neck:
Love’s Prisoner, Bronjahm. Heroic: Forge of Souls

Waist:
Braid of Salt and Fire, Ick. Heroic: Pit of Saron

I compared the “Belt of Arctic Life” and “Braid of Salt and Fire”
If you were to put a socket on the Braid of Salt and Fire. The Haste would be the same as the Belt of Arctic Life. Also the Braid of Salt and Fire would have a bit more spell power but lose Defense.

Let me know what your thoughts on this are.
