came across your blog while searching for ret pally stuff, good read! =D

i know what you mean about this new pug system thing. it's bad enough meeting bad / arrogant pugs in your own realm, now we're exposed to more of them across the battlegroup >.<

my fiance's druid tank is in the process of gearing up (4200 GS), and we got a heroic PoS the other night, not exactly his choice (i thought ICC instance s'pose to have a gear filter?!?!) but in saying that, i've healed him on my resto druid before, and it wasn't a struggle. so the dps warrior and lock (both with 5100+ GS) keeps pulling aggro off him, and in saying that, they didn't stop popping their bladestorm and seeds either? or maybe let him grab aggro first before dps'ing away on every targets *other* than the 1 that he marked O.o so then came the "u noob tank, you're not geared for this place (umm hello? we got this in a random?!?), L2tank, rah rah rah" he decided to leave group to bring his main which is a warrior tank, while he's logging out, the lock went out of his way to "/s LOL you are a bad, cya" and after i invited his warrior back into group, the lock made snides comment like "oh a real tank! oh no it's that druid again, must be bad as well" i seriously dunno where people learn such bad manners from?!

someone voted to kick the lock, so i clicked yes =D horay! and on the last boss, the dps warrior decided to keep dps'ing the boss while he's branded, and decided to stay to dps the boss while he's got the frost debuff on him, which then froze up the tank, and tank died coz healer couldn't keep him up. the dps warrior ended up tanking him the whole fight but died so i (on hunter) kited the boss and luckily downed him. dps warrior also decided to loot the boss after running back into the instance, while other people was still running in, then left group, so i said "OMG what a d*ckhead" and then came a message from the healer "well if it wasn't for him we would've wiped on the boss, so stop being a bad" O.o umm how is freezing up the tank bcoz he refused to run out when he had the debuff, and *not* being able to keep the tank up then dps warrior ended up tanking the boss any of the tank's fault?! it's better being called bads when you *are* in fact a noob, but it's really not ok to be called bads by bads who don't realise they're bads zzZzz

I just hate when you're in a group and 1 person is constantly pulling agro off the tank. When you tell them to stop they apologize and say they can't help it. I've even had someone tell me that they had Omen but all their attacks kept pulling agro and they wouldn't be able to do good DPS if they stopped attacking to keep their agro down. I just let them die after I've warned them. If they don't want the big repair bill they will learn.

This is a familiar story, the dps who think that they can evade-dps-tank, or burn through a mob before they die because the healer should be able to cope. Asshats one and all.

LFG has done wonderful things, but it has also exposed us to more idiots per hour than the old system. I think there were the same amount of idiots, its just that getting to meet them is so much more efficient now.
